These terms govern your use of the trade2.me website while it is in pre-launch, waitlist-only form. Trade2.me is being developed from Croatia; no formal company has been registered yet. By using this site, you agree to these terms. Questions: contact@trade2.me.

1. What this site is (and isn't)

This website is a pre-launch landing page for Trade2.me, a planned peer-to-peer trading marketplace. It currently offers only a waitlist signup — no marketplace, accounts, listings, or trading functionality exist yet. Nothing on this site is an offer to trade, buy, or sell goods.

2. Waitlist signup

Submitting your email adds you to our launch-notification list. It creates no account, contract, or ongoing obligation beyond receiving that notification, and does not guarantee early access, pricing, or any specific launch date.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse this site: no scraping, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, and no submitting waitlist entries on behalf of people who haven't agreed to be contacted.

4. Intellectual property

The Trade2.me name, logo, and site content are owned by the site operator. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

5. No warranty

This site is provided "as is" during pre-launch development. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of future-facing statements (e.g. planned features, launch timing), or that the described marketplace will launch in its current form.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Croatian law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this pre-launch site.

7. Changes

These terms will be replaced with a full version once the Trade2.me platform and company registration are finalized. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever they change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia.
